PLAY THERAPY
$0.00

Children communicate through play long before they can fully articulate their inner world.

Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) is an evidence-based approach that allows children to express thoughts and feelings in the. language that comes most naturally to them. In a carefully designed playroom, your child leads while I provide steady emotional attunement, structure, and clinical insight. This approach allows children to process anxiety, behavioral challenges, family transitions and social stress in a way that feels safe and empowering.

When children feel deeply understood and accepted, meaningful change happens. Through the CCPT process, children will :

  • Develop stronger emotional regulation

  • Improve behavior at home and school

  • Increase self-confidence

  • Strengthen problem-solving skills

  • Feel more secure in relationships

PARENT SUPPORT
$0.00

Parent work is an essential part of the therapeutic process. Lasting change happens when the adults in a child’s world feel supported, informed and empowered. Parenting sessions provide space to slow down together, make sense of your child’s behaviors, and understand what those behaviors may be communicating beneath the surface.

In our work together, we will explore patterns, triggers, and developmental needs through a compassionate and collaborative lens. I will share practical tools to help you respond to your child in ways that strengthen connection, increase emotional regulation and create more peace at home.

Parenting support is not about “fixing” your child or perfecting your parenting. It is about deepening understanding. When caregivers feel more confident and regulated, children also feel more confident and regulated. Behavioral changes will follow.

SCHOOL CONSULTATION
$0.00

Children spend a significant part of their day at school, so meaningful progress often includes supporting them there as well. When appropriate, I offer consultation with schools to help create conditions where your child can succeed academically and socially.

I can attend meetings to advocate for your child, clarify concerns, and offer clinically informed recommendations around classroom structure, child-teacher relationships, and accommodations. With my background as a school counselor, I understand how schools function and how to work effectively within them. I will work to help educators see and support your child as a unique individual within the realities of a classroom.
